 Prashant Vadhulas is the managing partner of Int’l CPA Solutions LLC and has been involved in public accounting since 2003. Prior to moving back to Florida, Prashant worked on Wall Street trading foreign currencies with a leading market maker for fx transactions. Prashant attended New York University, Eckerd College, and University of California in Los Angeles and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Accounting. Prashant has a passion for learning and teaching and uses the experiences of clients to advise other entrepreneurs.

Prashant currently lives in Tampa, FL with his beautiful wife and 3 year old daughter. In his spare time he is an avid sport fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Florida State Seminoles.
